Job Description

Job DescriptionOwn the flow of every piece that makes our luxury projects shine

Picture this: you start your morning reviewing movement logs for multiple high-end furniture collections. A sofa left our warehouse yesterday for a $3M listing; a set of sculptural lamps is scheduled to move from a staged property to a client’s home; a dining table needs a warranty claim initiated. By midday, you’ve reconciled SKUs across systems, closed a discrepancy to zero, and synced with the warehouse crew on tomorrow’s loadout. Before you wrap, you update your tracking dashboards so leadership has real-time accuracy at a glance. That’s a day in the life of the Inventory Operations Lead at REH Interiors.

About REH Interiors

We’re a South Florida luxury staging and interior design studio serving $3M+ properties. Founded by former realtor turned design visionary Margaret Schaffer, we transform spaces so buyers feel beauty, connection, and possibility. As we expand beyond traditional staging into new design-driven revenue streams, our mobile showrooms (staged properties) showcase curated pieces that clients often purchase.

How we work

  • Genuine relationships: Warm, personal, and authentic interactions with clients, vendors, and teammates—never transactional.
  • Extreme ownership: We take responsibility for outcomes, fix issues fully, and change processes so problems don’t repeat.
  • Growth mindset: Challenges are learning fuel. Feedback becomes better systems next time.
  • Collaboration over competition: We share knowledge freely; lighting another candle only creates more light.
  • Heart-centered excellence: We sweat the details because consistency builds trust and premium quality.

What you’ll lead

  • End-to-end inventory oversight: reconcile luxury furniture and decor across warehouse, staging sites, and client homes.
  • System design: build and maintain traceable workflows and spreadsheets that account for each item’s chain-of-custody.
  • Issue resolution: investigate discrepancies and drive them to full closure—no “good enough.”
  • Claims and vendor liaison: coordinate damages, warranties, and RMAs with meticulous documentation.
  • Logistics alignment: partner with warehouse staff, scheduling and monitoring all movement with clear accountability.
  • Quality control: implement checks that protect luxury standards at every touchpoint.
  • Scalability: create procedures that support rapid growth and repeatable excellence.

Milestones you’ll hit

  • First 90 days: Master our tools and inventory map, surface improvement opportunities, and build strong vendor/warehouse relationships.
  • 6 months: Launch enhanced tracking, cut discrepancies to under 1%, and streamline the damage-claim pipeline.
  • 1 year: Sustain 99%+ accuracy, take a leadership role in warehouse operations, and ready systems for expansion.

You’ll thrive if you

  • Love building clean, reliable systems and keeping them humming.
  • Notice details others miss and follow threads until they’re resolved.
  • Enjoy being the operations backbone that enables breathtaking transformations.
  • Are proactive, resourceful, and independent—while aligned to team goals.
  • Think creatively to troubleshoot and prevent issues.

What you bring

  • 2+ years in inventory management, warehouse coordination, or logistics.
  • Fluency with digital inventory tools on computer/tablet.
  • Organization under pressure and accuracy at scale.
  • Clear communication with vendors and internal teams.
  • Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, on-site in South Florida.

Compensation, balance, and growth

  • Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour DOE.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday; no weekends.
  • Team: Meticulous, design-obsessed professionals who take pride in the details.
  • Path: With an eye on $25M revenue, grow into procurement, vendor management, or logistics leadership.
  • Impact: Your precision ensures each project has the exact pieces to sell homes and elevate lives.
