Partnering with Greek Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, the menu features shareable dishes like grilled octopus, moussaka, and slow-roasted lamb—marine-fresh, bold, and wholesome.

DineAmic Hospitality is seeking support staff, specifically, Food Runners, Bussers, and Dishwashers to support servers and bartenders and keep our restaurants running smoothly! Those in these roles will clean and reset tables; deliver food to tables, take dish ware and utensils to the kitchen to be washed; wash dish ware in a timely manner, and make sure guests' water glasses are full.

Candidates should have stamina and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This role is a great way to kickstart your career in the restaurant industry and gain working knowledge and experience needed for career growth.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
  • Maintain table settings by removing finished courses in a timely manner; Bring all soiled dish ware and utensils to the dishwasher promptly
  • Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs by performing tasks such as refilling water glasses and replenishing utensils
  • Clean and reset tables after guests leave; Wipe down tables and/or replace linens; Freshen centerpieces and/or condiments
  • Keep an organized, sanitary, and stocked bussing station
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
  • Retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal such as special utensils or condiments
  • Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins
  • Additional duties as required

What You Need to Have

  • 1+ year experience as Food Runner, Busser, and or Dishwasher in a fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Knowledge of all local health department requirements for safe food handling and sanitation standards; Non-expired Food Handlers Certification required
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • A passion for quality and respect for team members and guests
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance; Stand or Walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift; Complete tasks that require repetitive motion
