We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales/Technical Representative to provide direct support to key customers, including body shops, warehouses, and jobber stores. This role focuses on promoting sales and training associates on automotive paint and aftermarket products in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations at body shops and traveling throughout South Florida, covering the region from Fort Myers to Port St. Lucie, including all territories to the south. The position requires approximately 8 to 10 nights of travel per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with decision-makers through face-to-face prospecting.
- Manage a designated territory, making sales calls to warehouses, jobbers, and collision centers.
- Act as a consultative partner by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Provide value-added services, including product ordering, inventory management, and problem resolution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate training clinics.
Qualifications:
- Sales and/or technical experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive paint, aftermarket products, or detailing products is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in technology, including computers, tablets, internet, email, Microsoft Word, Google Drive, and social media.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
- Reliable transportation and all necessary legal documentation.
- Excellent public speaking and demonstration skills.
- A competitive mindset, committed to continuous learning and mentoring to enhance team performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus potential yearly profit-sharing (bonus) after the training period.

- $40 cash per diem for overnight travel.
