In-House Videographer & Content Producer (Full-Time)
We are a real estate investment company that has just expanded to the United States after building a strong track record abroad. Our mission is bold: to build one of the largest and most respected real estate investment companies in the U.S. — and to document that journey in real time.
We are looking for a full-time, in-house videographer & content producer who wants to be part of something big from the ground up.
This is not a junior role, not freelance, and not a “just film what you’re told” position. We are looking for someone experienced, proactive, and creatively sharp — someone who understands content, storytelling, and brand building.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of content ideation, filming, and editing
- Help shape and execute the content strategy alongside the founder
- Film high-quality content including:

- Founder-led talking head videos
- Vlogs documenting the U.S. expansion journey
- Office, meetings, behind-the-scenes, and real estate content
- Ads
- Edit content for:
-
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- YouTube (short-form and long-form)
- Handle your own filming setup (camera, audio, lighting)
- Deliver clean, on-brand edits with consistency and speed
- Act as a creative partner, not just a technician

- Can work with autonomy and minimal hand-holding

- Takes pride in quality, storytelling, and execution
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience as a videographer/content creator
- Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Experience producing content for social media platforms
- Own professional equipment (camera, mic, basic lighting)
- Able to work on-site, full-time in Plantation, FL
- Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
