We are looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing health insurance brokerage. This role is primarily focused on personal support with some light business-related tasks. It’s ideal for someone who values discretion, flexibility, and consistency.
You’ll be the right hand to a busy executive, handling personal logistics, errands, transportation, and administrative support. The CEO is seeking someone long-term who can be counted on to keep life and work running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage personal calendar, appointments, and scheduling

Drive the CEO to meetings, events, and personal appointments

Run errands and coordinate day-to-day logistics

Handle confidential personal and business matters with integrity

Provide limited business support: scheduling, email organization, light admin

Serve as a communication liaison between the CEO and internal team

Adapt to shifting priorities and provide support where needed
