Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This contract position focuses on enhancing customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless communication between sales and customer support teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering customer satisfaction, managing sales operations, and supporting logistics processes.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, actively promoting the company’s values and mission.
• Provide aftersales and warranty support while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Process and manage sales orders, including creating acknowledgements, pro-forma invoices, and maintaining accurate account details.
• Coordinate with production teams to obtain lead times, monitor open orders, and communicate delivery updates to customers.
• Record and address customer feedback, escalating complaints to relevant departments when necessary.
• Manage the warranty database, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation.
• Support shipping processes by assisting with documentation, shipment organization, and providing coverage during warehouse staff absences.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure stock accuracy.
• Stay informed on product knowledge to better assist customers and internal teams.• Proficiency in CRM systems and software such as NetSuite.
• Experience with tools like ADP, Avaya CMS, or Epic Software.
• Strong communication skills to manage inbound calls and assist customers effectively.
• Familiarity with billing and benefit functions.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of shipping processes and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to meet customer needs.
