Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida, on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business operations, optimizing processes, and driving integration solutions, with a focus on Salesforce and enterprise systems like MuleSoft. This position requires expertise in bridging business requirements with technical solutions to ensure streamlined workflows and data connectivity.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed operational analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce and related system integrations.
• Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Design and test Salesforce integrations with MuleSoft and other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimizations that leverage Salesforce functionalities.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems.
• Provide system configuration, testing, and deployment support to ensure smooth implementation.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure requirements are met within project timelines.
• Develop user training materials, documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
• Mentor analysts with less experience to enhance team capabilities and performance.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with expertise in Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in conducting workshops and developing user stories.
• Familiarity with data security, compliance standards, and ensuring system integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
