Cherry Picker: is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a powered industrial truck (cherry picker) to retrieve and move products within a high-bay warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in the order fulfillment process by accurately picking inventory from elevated storage locations and ensuring timely delivery to packing or shipping areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a cherry picker forklift to access and retrieve items from elevated racks.

Pick and stage products based on order specifications using handheld scanners or pick sheets.

Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.

Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.

Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications:

Prior experience operating a cherry picker or similar equipment (certification may be required).

Ability to lift and move heavy items (often 50+ lbs).

Reach Truck Operator: is responsible for safely operating a reach truck (a type of forklift) to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within a distribution warehouse. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient inventory flow, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a reach truck to transport products to and from storage areas, racks, and loading docks.
