We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to property sales and leasing. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

Answering and making phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Assembling and organizing sales and lease application packets.

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with relevant parties.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to applications and interview outcomes.

Providing general administrative support as needed.
- The ideal candidates will be organized, customer-service oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $19-$20 DOE
