We're seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead operations, drive team success, and ensure exceptional service quality. This role oversees all branch functions-staffing, scheduling, payroll, equipment management-while fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations for efficiency and compliance
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct quality audits and implement improvements
- Support sales efforts and contribute to business growth
- Oversee payroll and labor forecasting
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in the service industry
- 3+ years in operations or branch management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What We Offer
- Competitive Base Salary Between $70,000 to $90,000
