Talent Advisor / Business Development Professional
(Future Branch Manager Opportunity)
As a Talent Advisor, you will be the driving force behind both talent acquisition and business growth. This role blends recruiting, B2B sales, and relationship management, making you a key contributor to our staffing operation’s success. You’ll help candidates find meaningful career opportunities while partnering with clients to build high-performing teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales experience, a passion for people, and the ambition to grow into a Branch Manager role.
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals
- Match top talent with open positions that align with client needs and candidate strengths
- Actively develop new business through B2B sales, cold calling, and client outreach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and job seekers
- Manage multiple job orders while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate and client experience from first contact through placement
- Track activity, pipelines, and candidate records accurately in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and drive innovation
- Remain flexible and assist with additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
What We’re Looking For
- Strong B2B sales experience, including cold calling and client acquisition
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a high level of professionalism
- Positive, energetic attitude with an engaging and confident communication style
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up
- Active listener with the ability to understand client needs and candidate motivations
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable—someone others can truly depend on
- Coachable mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and advance into leadership
- Comfortable using recruitment tools, social media, and MS Office/Google Suite
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service is highly preferred
