Are you ready to join an established, growing team with over 30 years of claims management experience? Storm One Claims, a CAT and daily claims-driven Public Adjusting firm, is looking for Public Adjusters, Apprentices, and Estimators to help us take our success to the next level as we move into the 2025 season.
With over $100 million recovered to date and over 2,000 insureds assisted, including those affected by Hurricane Ian, Milton, and Helene, we’re building a stronger, more robust team to tackle the upcoming challenges head-on.
At Storm One Claims, you’ll receive multiple layers of management and support as you become a part of our dedicated team. We’re here for you every step of the way, with front-end claims management, back-end desk PAs, back-end management, and operational support to ensure your success!
Immediate Openings:
- Public Adjusters (3-20 positions available)
- Independent Adjusters interested in becoming Public Adjusters – If you have 6-20 claims experience and are interested in obtaining your Public Adjuster license, get in touch with us to learn more about the process.
- Apprentices & Estimators

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess damage with agents, adjusters, engineers, and insureds to compile detailed information.
- Take accurate damage reports with photos and videos.
- Necessary file requirements submitted within mandated timelines.
- Use industry-standard estimating software (Xactimate/Symbility) to calculate claim payments.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure claims are handled properly.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in insurance adjusting or a related sales field.
- 1+ years of experience using Xactimate/Symbility (preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
