Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Mulch Blower Truck Driver & Installer to join our growing team. This role combines CDL driving, equipment operation, and hands-on installation work. You'll be responsible for operating a blower truck, managing a small crew on job sites, and assisting with mulch and soil installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate a mulch blower truck to various job sites

• Install mulch and soil using specialized equipment

• Lead and manage a small installation crew on-site

• Perform basic maintenance on trucks and equipment

• Ensure safe operation and compliance with DOT and company safety standards

• Load and unload materials as needed

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL with manual transmission experience (required)

• Clean driving record

• Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor

• Comfortable working outdoors in a hands-on role

• Basic mechanical aptitude for assisting with maintenance

• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
