Qualified candidate will have control and accountability for effective and timely performance of delivery contractors, on-boarding, use of managerial resources. Act as the main point of contact with customers. Responsible for effective daily planning, execution, and tracking of logistics team, thorough training of team on various processes for deliveries, impactful customer service support, and general warehouse management. Ability to learn and navigate various computer programs for operation. Ability to multi-task and delegate appropriately, warehouse and logistic management including forklift. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills are a must.
