Our well-established Insurance Agency, specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Commercial insurance products, is seeking a licensed 220 Agent to join our team as an Insurance Broker/Account Manager in South Florida. With over 20 years of experience and a large book of existing business, we offer a stable and rewarding environment for insurance professionals looking to grow their careers.
As an Insurance Broker/Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of P&C and Commercial insurance products, a commitment to client satisfaction, and a drive for success.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain a book of existing client accounts, ensuring policy renewals, endorsements, and claims are handled promptly and accurately.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support on risk management and insurance coverage options.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion, presenting tailored solutions to meet clients' evolving insurance needs.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, provide support, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications:

Active Florida 220 Agent License.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on P&C and Commercial insurance products.

Strong knowledge of insurance markets, products, and underwriting guidelines.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
