 Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of recent restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager, General Manager, or similar)</li>
<li>Background in a scratch kitchen / fresh food concept preferred</li>
<li>Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including P&amp;L management, inventory control, and scheduling</li>
</ul>
Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10–20 restaurant staff daily</li>
<li>Drive sales growth by developing and expanding outside catering business</li>
<li>Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations</li>
<li>Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards</li>
<li>Actively manage labor and food costs to meet profitability goals</li>
</ul>
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
