Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager, General Manager, or similar)
  • Background in a scratch kitchen / fresh food concept preferred
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including P&L management, inventory control, and scheduling

Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10–20 restaurant staff daily
  • Drive sales growth by developing and expanding outside catering business
  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards
  • Actively manage labor and food costs to meet profitability goals

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

  • Competitive $55,000 – $60,000 annual salary
  • Quarterly performance bonus potential — up to $2,000 per quarter
