Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager, General Manager, or similar)
- Background in a scratch kitchen / fresh food concept preferred
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including P&L management, inventory control, and scheduling
Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10–20 restaurant staff daily
- Drive sales growth by developing and expanding outside catering business
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards
- Actively manage labor and food costs to meet profitability goals
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
- Competitive $55,000 – $60,000 annual salary
