Position Overview
We are a premium Fine Wine & Spirits retailer serving a discerning clientele in Palm Beach. We are seeking a high-trust, detail-oriented Concierge Delivery & Merchandising Specialist to support both our on-demand local delivery service and in-store operations.
This role is split approximately 50/50 between client deliveries and in-store support. Delivery requests are customer-driven (not route-based), and the position requires consistent professionalism, discretion, and accuracy. The selected candidate will represent our brand directly at high-end residences and businesses, and must demonstrate strong judgment and reliability.
Candidates with experience in luxury retail, hospitality, private driving, concierge service, high-end customer service, or delivery operations are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
A) On-Demand Client Deliveries
- Deliver wine & spirits locally using a company-provided vehicle
- Provide professional, courteous service at homes, offices, and client locations
- Confirm order accuracy and handle premium bottles with care
- Communicate delivery status clearly with customers and store team
- Maintain discretion and professionalism during all client interactions
B) In-Store Merchandising & Inventory Support
- Pull and verify orders accurately by label, vintage, and varietal
- Stock, organize, and maintain sales floor and back-of-house inventory
- Assist with merchandising, product placement, and restocking
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional store environment
Performance Expectations
This is an active and fast-paced position. The candidate must be comfortable lifting and carrying 40–50 lb cases, remaining on their feet for extended periods, and transitioning efficiently between deliveries and store support. Delivery volume varies based on seasonality and customer demand.

- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
or - Monday–Saturday: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation
- $18–$25/hour, based on experience
- Cash tips (client-driven; varies by day)

Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
