Resort seeks an Assistant Director of Human Resources at their property
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Big Box Hotel experience, Union experience a plus</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role, with at least 2 years of experience as a Sr. HR Manager or 1 year of experience as an Assistant Director.</li>
<li>Must have a well-rounded Human Resources background with solid experience in employee relations, benefits, training, safety, liability avoidance and compliance.</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish).</li>
<li>Experience in a unionized hotel preferred and a strong asset</li>
<li>Experience conducting and implementing training and development programs</li>
</ul>
