Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time | Willingness to travel: 25–35% (local, with occasional visits to other locations)

We’re seeking a driven and personable Sales Account Manager to join our Miami showroom team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who excels at building long-term client relationships, managing accounts, and driving growth in a high-end design and construction environment.

Position Summary

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for growing Primestones’ business by developing, managing, and retaining accounts with designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners. The role requires both new business development and account management, ensuring each client receives outstanding service and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend stone slab solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the design and construction community.
  • Prepare and present quotes, contracts, and proposals; negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Manage customer accounts, including follow-ups, orders, deliveries, and issue resolution.
  • Utilize CRM/ERP systems to track sales activity, pipeline, and account performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
  • Collaborate with the showroom team and marketing department to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent Primestones’ values and reputation for excellence at all times.

Qualifications

  • Highly self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude.
  • Bilingual (English–Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience (stone/design industry a plus, but not required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.
  • Interest in stone, design, or luxury home products preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is an advantage.
