Fulltime Insurance Producer
$40k Base + Commission
Alexia Emerson State Farm Agency
Historic Downtown Sanford
Monday- Friday 9am – 6pm
The Opportunity:
- Base salary, commission and production bonuses
- Incoming, Outbound and walk in leads
- Training, coaching and ongoing development
- Office culture promotes personal and professional growth
- Quote and service ALL lines of business including Pet and Banking products
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes, follow up on sales opportunities via phone, text and email
- Consistently meet and/or exceed production goals
- Pivot to life, health and bank to all prospects and existing customers
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree - no exceptions
- Active 2-20 and 215 insurance licenses - no exceptions
- Must be current on all CE Requirements
- Prior State Farm experience preferred
- Must have a successful sales background in producing auto, fire and life
- Must have commercial insurance experience or the ability to grow into the role
- Bilingual candidates highly preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
