Responsibilities:
• Conduct operational analyses to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Lead medium to large-scale projects involving both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Design and modify business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute comprehensive reports using standardized tools and techniques.
• Facilitate end-to-end user acceptance testing for both internal and external applications.
• Accurately execute test scripts, document defects, and perform retesting as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to resolve technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Build a strong understanding of delivered technical solutions and identify areas for improvement.• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile program development methodology.
