Job Description

EDS Service Solutions is currently seeking a Bilingual Office Administrator to join our team at our Fort Myers Airport location. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative, customer service, and recruiting support experience.

The Office Administrator will support staffing and onboarding operations, ensure compliance with employment documentation, and assist with recruitment and employee relations activities. This position requires the ability to manage a high volume of tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish proper staffing and service levels in accordance with operational standards and timelines.
  • Ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and timely submission of employment and payroll documentation to corporate.
  • Assist with personnel scheduling, payroll, and billing reports.
  • Support recruitment processes following corporate guidelines and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain onboarding and HR files in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct new employee orientations, onboarding, employee relations support, and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment vendors such as online platforms, community groups, churches, and colleges.
  • Create and maintain printed and electronic communications for staff notifications and opportunities.
  • Promote and exemplify the company’s culture and values in recruiting and training efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish preferred).
  • Ability to work Mid-Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required).
