 Customer Service Representative Eco-Friendly Dry Cleaning We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the face of our store, welcoming customers, taking orders, and ensuring an excellent service experience. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner </li>
<li>Accurately enter orders into the computer system </li>
<li>Handle payments (cash, card, mobile) and close out transactions </li>
<li>Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries </li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized front counter area </li>
<li>Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations </li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li>
<li>Basic computer skills (POS or order entry experience a plus) </li>
