Cold Caller / Internal Sales Agent (Real Estate)

Agility Equity is a fast-growing real estate investment firm in South Florida that specializes in helping homeowners who are facing challenges such as foreclosure, probate, or distressed property situations. We buy homes directly and provide win-win solutions for sellers, making the process smooth and stress-free.

We’re looking for a motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team and be the first point of contact with homeowners. Your role will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and set up qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners from our lead lists
  • Follow scripts to qualify sellers and uncover opportunities
  • Overcome objections and keep prospects engaged
  • Document all calls, notes, and updates in our CRM (Mojo + HubSpot)
  • Set appointments for our acquisitions team to close deals

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with competitive performance

  • Commission based on closed deals you help generate
  • No cap on earnings — the harder you work, the more you make
