HOURS: Full-time


Position Summary

HornerXpress Worldwide is the global exporting company of the Team Horner group, supplying quality U.S. brands to over 100 countries all around the world. We’re inviting qualified candidates to join our dynamic team by applying for the position of Sales Support, to help us provide excellent customer service for our international customers. This position requires the consistent demonstration of world-class service, a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines and responding with urgency to a variety of requests. Key Responsibilities:

· Providing friendly, courteous and prompt service

· Processing orders and quotes

· Assisting with order fulfillment

· Order and quote follow-up with customers, vendors, and internal

teams to ensure timely processing and communication

· Supporting the sales team with customer requests, sales trip

preparation and follow up

· Assist with researching products and sources

· Communicating effectively, accurately and positively both verbally

and in writing

· Assisting with answering the main telephone line, directing calls

appropriately

· Mailing, shipping and e-mailing information and marketing materials

· Updating customer information in internal databases

· Proactively improving knowledge of products, processes and

solutions with continuous training and education

Other Requirements:

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Bi-lingual a plus

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the

changing needs of the team

· Excellent problem solving and people skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude

· Team-player mentality

· Customer service experience (export a plus)

· Pool industry experience/knowledge a plus

· A willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Experience with Dynamics 365 software a plus

· Consistency and reliability
