CLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME – NON-EXEMPT – HOURLY
REPORTS TO: OFFICE MANAGER
POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
A Dock Experts Client Success Representative acts as the “face” of our organization: often the first point of contact setting the tone for prospective customers; a frequent voice: fielding calls, setting appointments, and providing the “human aspect” of connection with our office team. High levels of integrity, accountability, attention to detail, service orientation, a consistently positive and professional demeanor, ability to communicate clearly, set expectations, and coordinate multiple tasks and priorities are essential for demonstrating the TDX quality and correspondence standards and upholding our industry brand. This is an in-office position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Customer Service: Manage inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins promptly and professionally
Scheduling: Schedule appointments with sales, service, and production teams
Follow-Up: Provide status updates on project progression and outstanding requirements
Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and interactions in our CRM
Reporting: Report on call volumes, trends, and outstanding items
Office Administration: Assist with other office administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
ESSENTIAL JOB, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service and/or administrative support experience
Excellent attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills, and follow-through
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to change
Ability to pass examination and comply with our drug-free workplace policy
Ability to pass a background check
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS
Associate's degree or higher
Strongly preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
