Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This role requires someone with strong organizational and communication skills who can effectively manage inventory processes and collaborate with both office and production staff. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in inventory tracking and related tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely updates in the system.
• Collaborate with office and production teams to streamline inventory management processes.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
• Prepare and coordinate weekly shipments, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Perform data entry tasks related to inventory tracking and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inventory-related inquiries.
• Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to manage inventory data and generate reports.
• Assist in annual inventory audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory flow and reduce discrepancies.• Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and inventory handling.
• Ability to conduct annual physical inventory and audits.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
