About the Role:
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? Join our dynamic Finance team as an Accounting Clerk, where your skills will help drive accuracy in financial transactions and support smooth office operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with bookkeeping experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving problems. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; full-time, on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer invoices and payments; follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Enter and reconcile vendor invoices; ensure timely payments.
  • Assist with inventory records and physical counts.
  • Provide general office support, including filing, phone calls, and calendar coordination.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework a plus.
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; accounting software experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Basic understanding of GAAP principles (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
