Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full?cycle recruiting for all roles.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for candidates and external recruiters.
- Coordinate interviews, including screening and scheduling.
- Ensure timely hiring aligned with organizational needs.
Employee Benefits & HR Operations
- Lead open enrollment, including employee communication and benefits coordination.
- Address employee benefits questions and manage annual updates.
- Collaborate with the payroll manager/HR ops support (reports to Controller).
Compensation & Performance
- Support annual performance review and compensation cycle.
- Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with leadership timelines.
Generalist HR Support
- Provide guidance across all HR functions.
- Address employee and leadership inquiries.
- Maintain compliance and consistent HR practices.
Qualifications
- Strong HR generalist background with experience in recruiting and benefits administration.
- Experience with performance management processes preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a small HR function.
- Comfortable working directly with leadership, including CFO and CEO.
- Familiarity with ADP (HR/payroll system) is a plus.
- Ability to start within a few weeks is ideal.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
