The Role
We’re seeking a Business Development Representative who thrives on opening doors and starting conversations. This role is about building relationships and creating new opportunities—not closing deals on the spot. Once opportunities are opened, our backend team takes over estimates, proposals, and client communication, so you can stay focused on what you do best: connecting with the right people and selling on value, not price.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in landscaping, construction, or related industries—you understand the language and the needs of our clients.
Proven B2B selling experience with a track record of building trust and long-term relationships.
Confidence in conveying value over price, positioning Mulch Now as the premier, trusted partner.
A natural conversation starter who can walk onto a property, meet a decision-maker, and spark interest.
