Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and bilingual Front Desk/Accounting Clerk to join our team at a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support at the front desk while assisting with basic accounting tasks such as A/P, invoice filing, and QuickBooks entries.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner
  • Perform data entry and maintain front desk records
  • Assist with accounts payable: invoice processing, matching, and filing
  • Use QuickBooks to input and track financial transactions
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support office operations and administrative duties as needed


Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) – required
  • 1+ year of experience in an office or accounting environment
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks – preferred
  • Great personality!
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
