Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and bilingual Front Desk/Accounting Clerk to join our team at a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support at the front desk while assisting with basic accounting tasks such as A/P, invoice filing, and QuickBooks entries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain front desk records
- Assist with accounts payable: invoice processing, matching, and filing
- Use QuickBooks to input and track financial transactions
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Support office operations and administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) – required
- 1+ year of experience in an office or accounting environment
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks – preferred
- Great personality!
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
