You’ll collaborate with Fortune 500 clients, AI agent builders, and fast-moving startups to drive success by ensuring seamless onboarding, troubleshooting, and long-term adoption. What you’ll do:
- Lead technical onboarding: Help customers integrate Crossmint Wallets, Tokenization, and Checkout modules quickly and reliably.
- Deliver high-quality support and escalation: Debug complex issues across APIs, wallets, observability tools, and blockchain layers.
- Create / optimize developer resources: Self‑service guides, docs, sample code, SDK demos, and technical walkthroughs.
- Collect and relay feedback: Channel customer insights to Product & Engineering teams to shape roadmap and fix high-impact issues.
- Drive automation & tooling improvements: Build scripts, Zapier workflows, or AI copilot shortcuts to streamline support workflows and lift customer experience.
- Become a cross‑chain expert: From gasless, fiat‑funded wallets to ERC‑721/SFT minting, subscriptions (ERC‑5643), and secure MPC vaults.
- Support enterprise-level launches: Deliver white-glove support, SLA‑backed availability, and expert escalation across priority accounts and time zones.
About You
You’re a developer turned support champion, who enjoys solving real-world technical challenges and building trust with users:
- 4+ years in technical or solutions engineering, Developer Support, or Customer Success Engineering.
- Experience deploying smart contracts in Solidity (for example, NFT / tokenization standards like ERC‑721, ERC‑1155).
- Prior work integrating enterprise developer platforms or fintech/crypto infrastructure.
- Familiar with TypeScript or Python, and React. Capable of reading/driving backend logic, SDK integrations and frontend.
- Familiar with REST API development, authentication, webhooks, observability (logs, Datadog), and error analysis.
- Clear and empathetic communication in English, both written and verbally.
- Adaptable and autonomous, comfortable in fast-evolving environments.
- Eagerness to grow familiarity with crypto infrastructure, wallet standards, tokenization, and agentic commerce.
Bonus Points
- Understanding and passion for the broader web3 ecosystem. Hands on experience on building personal web3 projects, contributed to web3 open-source projects, or tested agentic commerce frameworks.
- Working knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, scripting, AI copilots) to boost support efficiency.
Please keep in mind: This is the full list of everything we’re looking for. You don’t need to check every single box to be a strong candidate, and having a good number of these would already indicate a solid fit for the role.

- Build for the long term: Build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Use AI.
- Extreme Ownership: Be an effective Directly Responsible Individual (DRI). Be proactive.
