Company Overview:
We are a leading generator dealership serving Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, specializing in residential standby power solutions. Our sales channels include direct-to-consumer programs and strategic partnerships with major big-box retailers such as Costco, Lowes, Home Depot, and BJs. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager Coordinator to help drive our next phase of expansion.
Position Summary:
The Sales Manager Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, optimizing marketing initiatives, and improving sales processes across all channels. This role will involve designing and implementing growth strategies, leading sales training programs, coordinating with big box store partners, and ensuring a consistent and high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets across direct-to-consumer and retail partnership channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and track team performance metrics.
- Team Leadership & Training
- Coordinate and lead ongoing sales training sessions to ensure product knowledge, compliance, and closing techniques are up to date.
- Provide performance feedback, support, and coaching to internal and field sales staff.
- Maintain a strong and motivated sales culture aligned with company values and goals.
- Retail Channel Coordination
- Serve as the point of contact between our company and retail partners.
- Monitor and optimize performance in big-box store programs, ensuring brand visibility, lead conversion, and in-store engagement.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and coordinating in-store representatives.
- Marketing & Lead Optimization
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with sales goals.
- Oversee lead distribution, follow-up procedures, and CRM management to maximize conversion rates.
- Assist in developing localized marketing campaigns to support direct and retail sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or coordination, preferably in the home services, construction, or generator industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Experience with big-box retail environments or partnership programs a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and marketing analytics tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Expected hours: 40 per week
