Overview

We’re seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business development and client engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, learning about customer needs, and contributing to long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to outreach strategies, lead qualification, and account coordination — all within a structured training environment that prepares you for future advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Research potential clients and assist with outreach efforts.
  • Support initial conversations by gathering information on customer needs and interests.
  • Schedule meetings and assist in preparing materials for client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to track progress and refine strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training to strengthen communication and client engagement skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience in customer service, business development, or sales support is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $43,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
