We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support to customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed and their needs are met efficiently. This contract position is expected to last 3-6 months and will begin in early January.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to incoming customer calls, resolving inquiries and providing clear solutions.
• Accurately input and update customer information in company systems through effective data entry.
• Offer outstanding service by understanding customer concerns and delivering tailored assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot issues related to customer accounts and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Handle membership subscriptions and verify new customer accounts while maintaining detailed records.
• Manage multiple queues simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay updated on company policies, product changes, and relevant housing assistance updates to provide accurate information.
• Proven experience in call center or customer service roles.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with membership handling and subscription processes.
• Knowledge of housing assistance programs or Section 8 is a plus.
• Business casual attire required during working hours.
• Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
