Job Title: Personal Assistant to Podcast Host

We are a dynamic podcasting team dedicated to creating engaging and insightful content. As our audience grows, we're looking for a motivated and skilled Personal Assistant to support our podcast host in content creation and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the podcast host in daily tasks, including scheduling interviews, managing emails, and coordinating logistics for recordings.
- Edit podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality audio and engaging content.
- Create and manage social media content across various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to promote episodes and engage with listeners.
- Develop creative visuals and graphics to accompany social media posts and enhance audience engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build community.
- Help brainstorm and develop new content ideas, themes, and formats for the podcast.
- Conduct research on relevant topics and guests to ensure the podcast remains current and engaging.
- Assist in tracking analytics and performance metrics for social media platforms and podcast episodes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and editing (audio and visual).
- Familiarity with podcasting tools and platforms (e.g., Audacity, GarageBand, Adobe Audition, Davinci etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for podcasting and storytelling.
