Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced individual to fill an immediate opening. You will act as a customer liaison, making certain that clients are satisfied with the entire sales process, answering phones, and entering sales orders.
- Everyone at our company is expected to assist wherever is necessary. Having great customer service skills and have superb computer knowledge is extremely important. You must have a clear speaking voice, both in person and via telephone. Conversational etiquette is a necessity for this position.
- Strong work Ethic - Be willing and capable of working alongside those around you.
- Self-starter - Identify areas of improvement and address them directly or via delegation
- Organizational Skills - Be organized, clean and efficient
Additional qualifications
- Prior experience with small parts distribution or supply chain logistics (electrical industry).
- Experience with known ERP or CRM software
- MS Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
