Title Examiner needed by busy, attorney-owned title company to review land records to (1) verify ownership and all liens and encumbrances and other matters affecting title, and (2) prepare title insurance commitments. Candidate must have initiative, experience, and close attention to detail. Salary, bonuses, and benefits provided commensurate with experience.
