International Sales Director – Global Vehicle Fleet Sales

CAS Auto is a global leader in international fleet vehicle sales, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to define and execute our global sales strategy. This role is critical in driving growth, customer satisfaction, and expansion into new markets while building and leading a high-performing sales organization.
Our customers are fleet buyers, dealers, and corporate partners investing millions of dollars in long-term relationships with CAS Auto. We’re looking for a strategic leader who can combine big-picture vision with hands-on execution, ensuring we deliver both sales results and exceptional customer service across international markets.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead CAS Auto’s global sales strategy with measurable metrics.
- Drive both customer retention and new market expansion, identifying opportunities across regions and segments.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from deal negotiation to post-sale service.
- Lead key account management with top-tier fleet, dealer, and corporate clients.
- Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing international sales team.
- Partner across Marketing, Procurement, Sales Planning, and Compliance to deliver sales and inventory targets.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting for executive leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of international automotive sales and trading experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies across global markets.
- Strong leadership background with experience managing 10+ sales professionals and regional reps.
- Expertise in fleet, OEM distribution, supply chain, and key account sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Established international network across dealers, rental, logistics, mining, construction, and oil & gas sectors (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
