Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Manager/Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a fully onsite, direct-hire opportunity focused on payment posting, ACH research, discrepancy resolution, and customer-facing support. The ideal candidate is hands-on, investigative, and comfortable managing a steady invoice volume while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze approximately 500 invoices per month (invoices are already created)
- Accurately post customer payments, including ACH transactions
- Perform ACH payment research to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate unapplied cash, short pays, overpayments, and missing payments
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by digging in and researching issues independently
- Handle light B2B collections, following up with customers on open balances
- Support light chargeback research and resolution
- Communicate professionally with customers to resolve billing and payment inquiries
- Partner with internal teams to ensure AR accuracy and timeliness
- Utilize Excel for reconciliations, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and AR records
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience (Analyst, Senior AR, or similar level)
- Strong experience with payment posting and ACH transactions
- Proven ability to research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Experience with B2B customers and collections
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering; pivot tables a plus)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Boca Raton, FL
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
