We are seeking a bilingual Technical Sales & Account Specialist for a hybrid role combining account management, sales activity, and pre-/post-sales technical support.
This position can lean more sales-focused or more technical-focused depending on experience and strengths. The successful candidate will manage existing customer relationships while training to become an in-house technical resource for the brands we distribute.
This role is well suited for someone with AV experience who enjoys customer interaction, technical problem-solving, and long-term account development.
Candidates with a stronger sales background or a stronger technical background are both encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
Account Management & Sales Support
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned dealer and integrator accounts.
- Support management with lead development and onboarding of new customers.
- Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Provide backup coverage for other sales representatives as needed.
Pre- & Post-Sales Technical Support
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to dealers and internal teams.
- Support system design, product selection, and technical troubleshooting.
- Deliver product and system training (webinars and occasional in-person sessions) in English and Spanish.
- Assist with support cases and warranty issues in coordination with management.
- Attend occasional vendor trainings or customer site visits in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Requirements:
- Experience in Audio/Video, IT, or a related technical field.
- Working knowledge of commercial and/or residential AV systems, including:

- Lighting solutions
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced team environment.
