We offer a one-stop solution for any company looking to expand into Amazon in North America and we search and review products around the world to identify & fulfill the exponentially increasing market demand on Ecommerce. We are currently ranked as one of Amazon's top sellers with exceptional customer satisfaction and product quality with over 300,000 orders.
Currently we are seeking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team and manage our warehouse operations. This position is primarily responsible for directing the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space, equipment, and manpower.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unloading, labeling, packaging, storage, etc.).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Complete diary logs into inventory.
- Report any warehouse inventory discrepancies.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Additional specific requirements for Warehouse Assistant include:
- Must support warehouse operations in maintaining inventory count correctly in Company system.
- Frequently lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to operate manual/electric pallet jack.
- Must be able to perform duties that ensure customer services satisfaction.
- Must be able to speak clearly to communicate with other team members and customer services clients.
- Must be able to frequently move during entire shift including walking, standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing, etc.
- Must be able to hear warehouse team members requests in the midst of loud background noise.
- Must be able to follow packing and receiving procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years’ experience.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, etc.
- Efficient time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle stressful and challenging situations.
- Manage inventory count in system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Safety Training Certification
- Electric pallet jack Certification
