Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming veterinary receptionist to join our team! As the receptionist for a new state-of-the-art Veterinary Hospital, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and attend to the needs of customers throughout their visits to make it a successful and positive experience. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and is capable of multitasking
Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they arrive, check the clients in and out
• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
• Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information.
• Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a veterinarian receptionist is required. Representative
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of active listening techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Bilingual spanish preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
