Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Recruiter II to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. As part of this long-term contract opportunity, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for both technical and non-technical roles while adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will help develop relationships with colleges and local high schools to ensure a steady pipeline of talented individuals with relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
• Collaborate with search firms, employment agencies, and external partners to identify top talent.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems to monitor applicant flow and recruitment metrics.
• Build partnerships with colleges and high schools by organizing career events and fostering relationships with faculty and placement officers.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with HR personnel to ensure alignment with corporate policies and internal placement processes.
• Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on federal, state, and corporate hiring policies to ensure consistency and fairness.
• Place advertisements in relevant publications, trade journals, and other channels to attract candidates with relevant experience.
• Offer daily advice to hiring managers and external applicants to streamline the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with attendance and extended-hour requirements as needed.
• Handle other recruitment-related tasks as assigned by management.• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing.
• Preferred certifications include Senior Human Resources or Human Resources certifications.
• Strong ability to collaborate across multi-functional areas and build relationships at all levels of management.
• Excellent planning, time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in HR operations, administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• High standards of integrity, reliability, and interpersonal communication skills.
