We’re currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting both administrative and basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage sales orders and customer invoices

Maintain organized customer records and contact details

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

Order materials, office supplies, and other necessities
