Restaurant Manager
Location: Rocco’s Tacos and Tequila Bar – Delray, FL
Starting Salary: $55,000-$65,000
Benefits: PTO, medical benefits (beginning the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment), employee dining discounts at all 18 locations
Additional Perks: Bonus, yearly review & Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Rocco’s Tacos and Tequila Bar is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our high-energy team in Delray Beach. If you're hardworking, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:

Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Minimum of 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting ($6–$8 million annual sales)
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, both Front and Back of House
A hands-on leader who can motivate a team and deliver outstanding guest experiences

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including both FOH and BOH
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Efficiently address and resolve customer concerns
Lead and supervise shifts with confidence and professionalism
Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety standards
Support the restaurant’s image and continuously look for areas of improvement
Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing team members

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume setting
Proven leadership and team management skills
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service
Comfortable working 10–12 hour shifts as needed
