Junior Interior Designer (Fort Lauderdale, FL) — Be the Face of #DeStyl’n in the Sunshine State!
Are you a design-savvy, self-starting creative looking to break ground in commercial and healthcare interiors? De Style Design — a trailblazing interior design consultancy with projects across North America — is expanding its footprint in Florida and looking for a powerhouse Junior Interior Designer to represent our brand on the ground in Fort Lauderdale.
This is not your typical junior role. We're seeking someone equal parts designer, project coordinator, client liaison, and brand ambassador. You’ll work closely with our remote team of creatives, while owning day-to-day boots-on-the-ground responsibilities locally — from site visits and material sampling to community outreach and Matterport scans.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design & Documentation
- Support remote Senior Designers in executing interior design concepts for healthcare, commercial, and specialty spaces
- Assist in design development, redlines, and design documentation
- Prepare and help manage FF&E schedules, finish boards, and presentations
- Organize and update the physical materials library
Site Work & Client Collaboration
- Visit project sites to take accurate as-built measurements and photos
- Conduct on-site Matterport scanning (training can be provided)
- Take notes and document the scope of work instructions during walk-throughs
- Represent De Style during site visits, client meetings, and walkthroughs
Community & Business Outreach
- Be a brand ambassador in South Florida, reaching out to local CAM (Condo Association Management), commercial landlords, and developers
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating local meetings with prospective clients and partners
- Support outreach efforts to generate leads in our specialty sectors (healthcare, dental, commercial, etc.)
- Coordinate in-person meetings and site visits with the Founder and key stakeholders when they travel to the area
What You Bring to the Table:
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, REVIT and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
- Strong visual communication and conceptual design skills
- A keen eye for detail and a love for polished, functional spaces
- Matterport scanning knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (local travel required)
- Availability during EST business hours, with flexibility for occasional meetings after-hours
