Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships while driving sales growth in the designated market. Duties: - Conduct outside sales activities to drive new business and meet sales targets - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers - Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Manage accounts through effective account management practices - Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies - Experience with account management practices - Familiarity with CRM software is preferred Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative and take your career to the next level!
