Job Description
We are looking for a professional, hard working, and tech-savvy individual to join our team. The position supports various team members and departments with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with mail processing, office tasks, and customer support. This position requires in-office presence; Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mail porcessing by supporting Shipping Manager and additional teams processing mail pieces
- Assist with customer support by being the liaison for walk-in and customers with online orders
- Assist Office Manager with administrative tasks such as maintenance requests, supply ordering, and office clean up.
- Provide support to Operations Executive with task such as reporting and inter-office communication.
Additionally, a qualified individual will be able to meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency with Windows based applications
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to type 30 or more words per minute
- Experience working with web-based tools for office management
- Tech savvy individual who needs little to no assistance assimilating with new programs
