Installation Crew Leader
PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Installation Crew Leader to join a rapidly expanding local business.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of leading installation teams on residential and commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
Location: Various commercial and residential properties in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Naples, FL
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $23 to $25/hr. depending on experience and PTO
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (10 or 8 hour shifts available)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish project layout and design
- Prepare foundations and secure structural elements
- Install vertical supports, horizontal connectors, and modular components
- Assemble and integrate access points
- Fasten coverings or panels
- Manage material logistics at various locations
- Operate company vehicles for transportation to and from work sites
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a crew leadership role within construction or a related industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating relevant tools and equipment.
- Exceptional visuospatial and measurement capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional conduct.
- Proven ability to complete assigned tasks autonomously and within established deadlines.
- Possesses a satisfactory driving record.
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
